The squad at Vermont-based Whistle Pig believes Rye Whiskey deserves way more attention among American Whiskeys. Since traditional Whiskey cocktails were originally made with Rye, we think these dedicated Rye enthusiasts might be onto something. Teaming up with the legendary Master Distiller Dave pickerell, these guys used to outsource certain elements of their production to Canadian distillers, but now the FarmStock Beyond Bonded Rye is their first Farm-to-Bottle Rye, crafted at their 500-acres dreamy farm in Vermont.

Created from 100% Remington Rye, single barrels are matured for a minimum of 4 years, 1 month and 30 days. Bottled in May 2021 and clocking in at 101.1 proof, this is the most ambitious project by the Vermont-based Rye aficionados yet.
