The brainchild of aerospace engineer Daniel Preston and chocolate expert Vince Oleson, their distillery began as a chocolate factory before it turned to Whiskey production. Daniel designed and engineered their one-of-a-kind stills to give all the subtle flavors in the ingredients a chance to shine. Widow Jane is all about quality, using only GMO-free ingredients and the legendary limestone mineral water from the Rosendale mines. Their Decadence 2023 Edition features a 10YO Bourbon aged to perfection and finished in barrels that used to hold the sweetest of sweet — the artisanal maple syrup from Crown Maple.
