The second Four Seasons release from Shiki Distillery has a rich palate of caramel and vanilla.

Shiki Distillery is a brand new venture located in the Hyogo Prefecture, just northwest of Osaka, Japan. They are preparing to distill their own Spirits, but like most ventures in the Spirits industry, They have begun by curating Spirits from Japan’s best producers to establish a style. Their first foray in the Shiki line of four Whiskies meant to reflect the character of the four seasons in Japan.

Shunka Shuto Winter Japanese Blended Whisky is a blend of Japanese Whiskies designed to fulfill the vision of four seasons reflected in fours signature Spirits. The Whiskies are curated and then married in white oak to mature. This Winter release is deeper and richer with notes of vanilla and caramel — perfect to soothe a cold winter’s night in Japan.
