Another brilliant gem in a brilliant series.
George Remus Bourbon is named after a legendary Whiskey-man who operated on both sides of the law during Prohibition. George Remus a.k.a. “King of the Bootleggers” was many things. He was a lawyer, a record-setting swimmer, but most famously, he was a successful bootlegger who created one of the most intricate bootlegging operations of the Prohibition era. Today, George Remus Bourbons are owned by and produced in the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery.
