Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey

A blend of Bourbon and American Whiskey with natural ginger infusions.

So, Misunderstood Whisky is the brainchild of Christopher Buglisi and Joshua Recobs. These two guys have been friends since childhood, growing up together in New Jersey. But in 2017 they threw caution to the wind and formed the Buglisi Recobs Groups Inc. to make Whiskey. Currently, the Spirits used in their Misunderstood Whiskey Co, brand are sourced, but their first product is fun and whimsical and we look forward to seeing what their future holds.

Everything you need to know is in the name itself. Misunderstood Ginger Spiced Whiskey is a blend of Bourbons and American Whiskies infused with natural ginger root. In a way, we’re kind of surprised that this hasn’t been done before. Corn-centered spirits pick up notes of baking spice and ginger as a natural part of the process. And while cinnamon-spiced Whiskey is fairly common, the fresher and peppery bite of ginger has not — making this a light a refreshing take and an interesting change-up to your cocktail repertoire.
