Michter’s 10 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

Meet Willie Pratt. He’s the Master Distiller over at Michter’s in Louisville, Kentucky—one of the oldest distilleries in the States. You might know him better as Dr. No… and with good reason. See, he’s earned himself quite the reputation over at Michter’s. He refuses to allow any casks to be released or bottled until they’re just right. Which means that these Bourbons are typically aged longer than the juice coming from other producers.

This bottle right here is no exception. Produced in very small batches (typically less than 24 barrels per batch) and aged for 10 years, every single drop here comes from just one barrel. Long story, short: get on this ASAP.
