Description
Bold bronco blend of rich Rye Whiskies
From the first distillery in Utah after the godawful Prohibition comes a true Americana bottle of the wild wild west and frontier adventure. It’s a celebration of saloons, the focal point of socializing in America. Inspired by Buffalo Bill and horseback desperados, High West Yippie Ki-Yay is a perfect and peculiar blend of a couple of Rye Whiskeys: a daring two-year old that was fermented with a special top secret yeast; and a wild and smooth 16-year-old bad boy that spent its finishin’ time in oak casks that used to house Californian Vermouth and Syrah.
Yippie Ki-Yay, which was a cowboy’s way of expressing joy, and one NYPD cop’s way of expressing gleeful vengeance, is a lovely rose gold concoction that would turn every hostile saloon into a merry wild west camaraderie. This expression used to be an exclusive offering at High West locations. Let’s say a horse and a cargo carriage just happened to wander into our premises. Howdy!
