The new Hibiki Blossom Harmony is blend of both malt and grain Whiskies from Suntory’s famous Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The Sakura wood was chosen for finishing for intriguing 5th-generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo. We see why – there’s something about the combination of the blend and the Sakura wood that delivers an unparalleled richness.
