They bottle the Whisky straight from the cask or leave it to further mature to deliver the most exclusive distinct flavors.

Founded in 1971, Mannochmore is a big operation but they haven’t produced many official bottlings. This makes this release of 254 bottles all the more rare. Aromas of fresh bread and stone fruit make the nose almost Grappa like, while the light and oily palate fills your mouth with unripe stone fruit, peach, green apple, and floral notes. A great find that belongs on your top shelf although it probably won’t stay there for long.
