A postcard from Innis Mhearain has arrived – or Inchmurrin for non-Gaelic lads and lassies. Well, it’s more of a delicious travelogue in a bottle, which, through its scent and taste, tells a story of a lonely island in Loch Lomond.

The eponymous distillery was established quite a while ago, in 1814. In 1998, when we were all about Britney and Spice Girls, however, the Highlanders put this exquisite juice in a time capsule of Cask #1993. It waited 21 long years, not minding the world outside, maturing to perfection until it was bottled at 49.95% ABV just for you. Taste another place in another time with this rare offering.
